Like I wrote in one of my last posts this is my year of firsts.
Another one has just come up:
I've joined a Quilting Bee!!! Woohoo!
It's called "Scrappy? Sew bee it!"
May of Confessions of a Fabroholic is organizing it and she is (fitting enough) Queen Bee in May ;-)
So far, we are only 4 Bees: May, Annika, Jeanne and me.
May chose the beautiful Stargazing block from Modern Blocks, baiting me with this picture:

So, ladies? Don't you wanna join us? I would be thrilled if you did! Please, please, pretty please with a cherry on top?
Hope you are all going to have a great week!
xxo Sana
Oh I would love to but have just joined my first bee too with the Modern Irish Quilt Guild. Very nervous. Cindy's quilt is beautiful isn't it!
AntwortenLöschenhmmmmm looks like fun : ) I will go check it out on her blog. Thanks
AntwortenLöschenThis looks like fun, Sana! I'll have to check it out.. been so busy over here, and not getting to sew for the last couple of weeks, or blog really.. Been missing your posts! I have one more block to make for my first ever bee.. had to make six altogether. It was lots of fun. Congrats on another first for this year. :)
AntwortenLöschenNever joined one before but you have tempted me! I would love to join :)
AntwortenLöschenGood for you, Sana! I haven't ever done a bee, although it does sound like fun! Maybe another time. :-).
AntwortenLöschenHope you have a ton of fun, and I'll just follow along!
I just joined the bee at May's!
AntwortenLöschenI followed Lucy in!
AntwortenLöschenThanks for the visit Sana - been to Berlin before the wall came down many years ago! Was supposedly teaching English in Duesseldorf while trying to improve my German.
I love the inspiration picture. I'm sorry I missed this bee!
AntwortenLöschenEnjoy!
AntwortenLöschenI really would love to join the bee. It would be my first. I hope there is still enough time to join.
