Small Blog Meet & Fresh Sewing Day

Small Blog Meet
Third time's is the charm, right? I hope this is the right phrase cause in German it means all good things come in threes. And for the third time I am linking up with Lynne's Small Blog Meet.
So "hello" to everybody who is coming over from her blog.

My name is Sana and I've written a little introduction already here.
But I also wanna tell you something new today.
Being born almost 31 years ago in the former East Berlin I am totally obsessed / in love with our TV tower (Fernsehturm). I love this great piece of architcture! 3 of those pics I took over the last 7 days and the one with the illumination is from almost a year ago:

Lynne is also hosting the Fresh Sewing Day.

Fresh Sewing Day
This one I haven't joined before. So here we go:

I picked my fabrics for the Dead Simple Quilt along. I made the first skirt for myself. I made a key leash for my sister using this tutorial. It's so easy - I could make key leashes for the rest of my life ;-) And I made a peach cake with a passion fruit topping for my Dad's birthday party. Very yummy!

I hope I make some new friends. Love the ones I've already made! You are great and so super sweet!
I hope anyone makes it over here at all since it's October, 3rd already ;-)

  4. Hi Sani, it's Pam from PortiaDee&Me. Thanks for visiting me! I'm happy to meet you & I'm following you now, so expect me to drop in now and then! Your skirt is wonderful; you look so cute in it! Thanks for the link to the tutorial on the key leashes. That's a very fun idea; if my friends don't use it for their keys, they can use it on their dogs! Good luck in your studies. I hope you can get to Texas very soon!
